And once again I start

My New Years Resolutions seem to bite the dust earlier than usually this year. Something always seems to happen to derail me. But once more I start again! You only fail when you stop trying. I was using Food Lovers Fat Loss and using their site to track my food but they were really restrictive and I found that I was always hungry. I'm going to use their method of eating small meals every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going and try to eat as much protein as I can.

Now I'm back here to eat sensibly and exercise until this is gone. I know that even if I lose 5 pounds I'm going to feel much better. Even if I stop gorping sweets I'll feel much better! I feel like I would like to find some new teams and challenges to help change things up a bit. Any suggestions?

    all great advice. ive lost and gained and struggle always. its just a way of life. finally i just said im going to just eat healthy and hope that helps. lol not much hope in this weather and have some issues with legs. so i do yoga stretchs and when i can i walk. good job on finding out you needed to be back at spark. they work.

    Nice to see you back. This journey is not an easy one that is for sure. We make a little progress and then we take some steps back. The main thing is you don't give up and that is what you have chosen to do. So well done. You want to make a change and you are about to do that I am sure. Make one little change, one day at a time. At the moment I am working on drinking my water. I am really bad at that, so I need to make it a habit. One thing at a time. emoticon , emoticon Good luck!

    Great to hear that you will continue to try. I have struggled with my resolutions this year also and Just got started (again) today. I am aware I have to make this happen, and it's people like you who give me the motivation to get up and try again.

    Any of the teams are great. All have challenge. Maybe check out the challenges and see which ones seem interesting for you. You might also look at Challenge Central where you can find challenges anytime. Wishing you much success with your fitness and healthy eating! emoticon emoticon emoticon
