I love T25 Focus.

So far, so good. One more day for the week.

I fell back and binged last night on cookies but I woke up today, forgave myself, and moved on. I'll try to avoid that stuff in general from now on until I learn moderation.

I'm not sure if this is a bad idea but I've decided to stop counting calories. Seems like I overeat when I do (ironically). I generally know the nutrient content of most things from calorie counting in the past, so instead, I'll just watch what I eat and try to stick to it those stats otherwise.

Very tired, and long day tomorrow at work.

I'm doing well at Focus. Did a Ab Interval work out today and my stomach currently aches. But a good aches that lets me know I did something. I love these workouts. They make me feel so rewarded and healthy.
