1. To stay within calorie range 4times/week.
2. To exercise 5x/week.
3. To pray when I have cravings!

Victories this week:
1. I went clothes shopping. I deserve to wear clothes that fit!
2. I've decided to stick with SP. This is the best choice financially for us.
3. I lost 1.75 inches since the last time I took measurements.
