It’s off the rails I go. I was doing all right food-wise, not quiet meeting calorie goals but was at least eating healthy all week. Was doing well workout-wise, gradually bumping up duration/intensity. Then BAM!

Car accident. My first.

It was fairly minor, but a hard enough impact to leave me shaken and a little sore. So I didn’t work out Friday, ate horribly and got next to no sleep. Rinse and repeat for Saturday, though I am about to head to bed early tonight.

Anyway, hopefully I’ll be able to do a workout on Sunday and get back to cooking. I know there’s no rush. Two or three days won’t make much difference in the long run. I just hate to lose what little progress I had made. But if I do, oh well. I did it once, I can do it again.

C’mon girl. Accidents happen. No one was seriously hurt, metal and plastic can be replaced. Shake it off, let it go. Most of the first week was great. Let’s do it again.

    Sorry to hear you were in a car accident, but very glad you weren't seriously hurt.

    Start again for Monday, you probably be sore still.
