The one where Underdog Gets Away and...

I'm very good with my Friends TV show challenge. I wached The one where Undedog Gets Away thursday and The one with th Monkey yesterday. I planed to watch 2 episodes yesterday which will have make me stay on the stationary bike for 48 minutes in a row, but my 2 years old need me and I stop after 1 episode.

Maybe today I will do 2 training in a row.

I feel great with my training, again it's far from was I was able to do last year, but for now its 96 more minutes thant the big 0 of last week.

Good new: I didn't feel pain at all, so it give me hope that I will be able to do something else one day.

But I have to take it slow. After that one week a said to myself: well you did it: non pain... You might be able to start something else. But no!!!! I will stick with my Friends challenge and will not hurt my heel more, after a month I'll check if I can do something else.

For my eating, I stay on my weigh watchers plan. I'm very good on it, but I wondering about weekly allowance point. It seems that if I used them I didn't lose. I didn't even used them all, but I gain a pound this week... weird!
