Days 11,12, & 13- 30 Day Challenge

Wow! I can't believe I haven't posted for 3 days. This was finals week at the high school I teach at and I've been pretty exhausted in the evening. When I last posted I was a day behind schedule. Day 11 was a repeat of miles 3-5 from the 5 Mile Mega walk, but on day 12, yesterday, the workout was to get outside and walk, so my husband and I took our dog Toby and walked the neighborhood for about 30 minutes. It was nice to get outside and spend time with my hubby.

Today, day 13, I tried to get caught up. First I did the Firm 30 Workout and then I tried to do the entire 4 Mile Power walk. I made it through the first 2 miles and part way into the 3rd mile, when I started to get side cramps. Since I had already done 45 minutes this morning on the elliptical, I decided that was good enough. Tomorrow I am traveling to my mom's in So.Cal, so that will be a rest day. I am taking my laptop and a couple of the dvds, so I can stay on track. She doesn't have internet, so the only time I can get online is if I drive down to the local coffee shop. We usually do that once a day while I'm there, so I will try to check in then.

I think I need to reevaluate my food intake with all this increase in activity. I may not be eating enough and I'm afraid I could be stalling my weight loss efforts. I haven't been tracking as consistently as I should, so that is going to be my goal this coming week.
