So I weighted myself this morning, which I try no middle of the week weigh in's. I liked what I saw the scale is gradually dropping. Had my juice for breakfast, got vegan chili for lunch and the juice for supper. I finally got around to going to the gym yesterday. I got a really good workout, plan on doing it again today. My body did hurt a bit, but no pain no gain. I started coughing, which can only mean I am getting sick, something I was hoping to avoid. But when the chill factor makes it in the negatives here and I dont have the dress attire for cold weather, well I can understand why I am getting sick. My heater doesn't blow out warm air when it is extremely cold outside, I shouldn't have to, but I need to invest in a second heater. WHatever you do never buy the ac/heater combination window units, they do not heat if it is cold outside. Of course my classroom is cold also, not sure why the teacher doesn't turn up the heat and let it get warm in here. I am on the road to going vegan, I told myself that I have to take my health seriously, and stop saying next week. I have the stuff to eat, I just need to eat it. I bought a bunch of Engine 2 Diet burgers from Whole Foods on Monday. I haven't tried them yet, but I will. I have been eating my chickenless nuggets, I also have some meatless pepperoni. I wish now I had looked at whole foods for soy cheese, but I didn't think about it. I am making vegan chocolate chip cookies tonight. I actually have the egg replacer so they will actually be vegan this time, last time I used egg whites. I have my appointment with the bariatric doctor on Feb 3, I am hoping he will agree to removing the lapband since I have had so many problems, and do the gastric sleeve, crossing fingers.
