ITC - TWISTED PYRAMID CRUNCHES

We are going to Twist the Pyramid Crunches...just follow the directions. If you can't do crunches, then use this same pattern using only one strength exercise that you can do. The pause can be as long as you need it to be.

Day 1 - 85 crunches
First do 25 (pause)
- Then 20 (pause)
- Then 15 (pause)
- Then 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause)
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 2 - 60 crunches
First do 20 (pause)
- Then 15 (pause)
- Then 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 3 - 40 crunches
First do 15 (pause)
- Then 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 4 - 25 crunches
First do 10 (pause)
- Then 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause)
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 5 - 15 crunches
First do 5 (pause)
- Then 4 (pause)
- Then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 6 - 10 crunches
First do 4 (pause)
- then 3, then 2, then 1

Day 7- 6 crunches
Just do 3, then 2, then 1

No bonus points ....10 ITC points for completing the 7 days
