I love SP as a motivator. Using the goals page and actually filling it out for long term and short term goals is a wonderful tool. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a go. Seeing your goals everyday gives you a nice push. I accomplished two of my short term goals yesterday and I couldn't be more excited about them. It makes me realize I am on the right track and when I put my mind to what I really want I can do this.
Short term goals reached for January: Lose 5lbs and hit 2 miles in 30 minutes.
Now onward to new goals! Who is with me?!
