I did really good with adding in ST even if it was to simply do a couple sets of push ups, tricep dips or squats. I also did a couple of videos. This week I'm going to do a full body day and a different day for upper, lower and core.
My biggest challenge is getting dinner ready on T and Th so I made sure to schedule something quick and easy!
W - pork chops with green beans, pinto beans and salsa
Th - leftover baked ziti
Fri - breakfast for dinner (I might make something new for me and basic for the kids)
Sat - Lemon Greek grilled chicken and cashew clusters broccoli salad from Costco cookbook
Sun - Ribs
Mon - Pancetta chicken and brussel sprouts (also from Costco)
Tues - Tilapia (miso glazed)
W - walk the dogs and walk to pick up the kids from school (had to carry Danielle's backpack on the home, this was definitely not good for my back and shoulders)
Th - Walk, run and TT
Fri - 5k & ST for legs
Sat - walk and core ST
Sun - walk
Mon - Walk, MM and upper ST
Tues - walk and run
Woo hoo! I even got my blog done on time this week!
