Three pounds lost emoticon , two gained back emoticon ...Uh? Am I really diet yo-yoing again? emoticon

No! The difference this time is that I have begun strength training emoticon emoticon emoticon along with my usual portion control emoticon , ending sugar (more or less) emoticon and stoping bread gobbling (mostly) emoticon emoticon emoticon .

Yes, the scale emoticon says I've gained back two core is strong enough now to just about keep up with Nicole Nichols on the January Jumpstart videos! emoticon emoticon emoticon That's a emoticon No way could I do that January 2nd! Also I have added more crunches emoticon emoticon , breathing correctly now. I was always inhaling and exhaling at the wrong times before!

Perhaps in February I'll be able to increase the pounds of my weights emoticon emoticon , too!
This sunny NH day emoticon , we'd planned to walk emoticon to "the crick". But it is 3F and windy...not wise in our 70's and 80's! Best to add an indoor cardio video emoticon instead from Spark people emoticon
