Weigh in day! Ha you thought I was gonna say hump day, didn't you? Today was weigh in day for me, (I forgot to take measurements so that will be tomorrow.) I lost a pound. I can't complain because at least I am losing, though I wish it were going faster. I know I am doing it right because it's not going faster, I could slip easily into old habits and make it come off faster but that wouldn't be healthy and I made myself a promise to do this the right way so it stays off this time.
I think I have reached a mini goal in a way. I actually am beginning to enjoy my run, as slow as it may be on some days. It gives me a time to unwind in my head and I truly look forward to it most days now. How is everyone else doing? Hang in there you can do it, don't give up even if it sucks, you are gonna make it. If I can stick with it anyone can because I am the queen of procrastination and excuses, so I know.
