Another week

Survived another week of trying to eat healthier and within a calorie range. Have not noticed too much on the scale changing but I am being concious of what I put in my mouth. I have been doing really good not drinking a soda or two a day. I did break down and have one on Monday. I just needed a pick me up. Monday was not a great day, but I did eat yummy food. I just need to exercise more. Right now we are in the process of doing some landscaping at our house. We put in a vegetable garden spot last week. We turned the dirt over with a shovel and then hoed it and then tilled. We are repeating that same thing this week with a flower bed. My muscles fill that shovel. It is a exhausting turning over dirt with a shovel. I am so looking forward to it being warmer in the mornings and the sun being out at 6 so I can start walking again. I really want to run, but have decided to walk a few weeks before restarting the cough to 5k program.
