Homemade Gluten Free Bread

Hello Sparkfamily! For all of you that are gluten free, I am making this one for you! Take a look!

Note: Gluten Free


1 2/3 cup corn starch
2 Tbsps flax seed
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1 tsp salt
2 large egg whites
2 large eggs
2 tsps cider vinegar
2 Tbsps oil
2 1/4 tsps yeast
2 Tbsps corn syrup


Mix all dry ingredients together, keep separate.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Add 1 cup hot water from the tap, not kettle.
Mix in dry ingredients and mix for 4 minutes.
Put in loaf pan and let rise in draft free area for 80 minutes.
Bake in a 350 °F. oven for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
