Day 9&10 - 30 Day Challenge

I had to shift things around. Yesterday I had to have an MRI and because I am claustrophoic, I have to take Valum to be able to not freak out inside the machine. Well, needless to say, I was asleep by 7:30 last night and did not get my workout in.

So, this morning I did the workout that was scheduled for yesterday, which was the 30 minute Burn. The first time I did this, I did it without weights, but today I used my 2lb weights and I really could feel a difference. That's what's really nice about these routines is that you can add weight to increase the level, or back off if you need to. I really interested to see if there is a significant change in measurements after the 30 days. I will let you know.

Going to try and get in a little more activity tonight. Maybe use my elliptical or walk the dog.
