Week 2 Focus

I don't know where week 1 went!

My goals for week 1 were:
~Stay in fitbit range
~10 minutes of very active fitbit minutes every day
~Kettlebells every day but Thursday
~5 servings of freggies daily.
~5000 steps every day. (I'm going to work up to 10,000 during the course of the challenge)

The only goal I met was to stay in the fitbit range. My goal was to watch harry potter 1. Looks like that's next week's goal.

I did have a few rough days in the bunch where I was busy all day. I should have gotten up and worked out first thing in the morning instead. I knew those days would be busy.

I'm modifying my goals for week 2.

They are:
~Do GOYB and GOYBAD on the day scheduled
~Stay in fitbit range 6 out of 7 days this week.
~5 workout days (out of 7)
~5 Servings of freggies daily
~Kettlebells at least 3 days
~5,000 steps daily

Reward: Harry Potter 1

I also wanted to mention that I'm within 2 pounds of my next weight goal. My January goal is to hit 223. When I hit 223.something, I'm going to be able to buy a new pair of athletic pants. (The goal was 4 pounds in January)
