SMART goals 2014

My goal: to reach my goal weight of 140 between Labor Day and Thanksgiving
To achieve that, my goals are:
To lose between 1-3 pounds per week. My plan to achieve that loss includes:
5-6 workouts per week; three cardio and 2-3 strength training
Drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day
Getting at least 7 hours of sleep per night
Journaling my food at least twice a week.
This is my year to finally attain that goal. Why? Because I want to live to a healthy old age. My weight is my biggest risk factor, and is one that is in my control. I want to be an energetic, feisty, fun, independent, strong woman no matter what my age.
