My goal: stop using artificial sweeteners
I stopped using sugar January 2nd. My next goal is to stop using artificial sweetener. I have been weaning myself from it. I found monk fruit sweetener and I have been using it; it has preservatives in it, so I am now weaning myself off of it. I accomplished this goal this weekend. I am drinking more water instead of the caffeine free tea that I drank all the time. I now drink about two to three glasses of decaf tea per day. I have fresh lemon to flavor it. Tomorrow I am going to add a strawberry to my tea and see if that gives it the flavor I want without having to use any artificial sweeteners.
I want to achieve this goal because I want to remove additives/preservatives and processed foods from my diet.
I will remove 90% of those items frm my eating plan by the end of this month.
My reward: better health, being "clean" inside and out.

    That is an awesome goal. I know I need to stop eating the processed foods too. I don't add sugar to anything but I am well aware the processed foods are full of it.

    You are inspiring, sugar is my biggest opponent and I don't think I could live without the artificial sweeteners. You can do it.
