I was planning on posting this blog much earlier....go figure. This weekend has been pretty hectic.

~Lose 8 pounds this round by getting back into a workout routine and tracking my food.
~Get back into a workout routine (5 days a week or more). After the move, start 30DS, and do challenges for the rest of BLC 24.
~Set up weekly goals and rewards.

If I hit the 8 pounds this round, I want to sign up for the ipsy glam bag.

Week 1 goals:
~Stay in fitbit range
~10 minutes of very active minutes on fitbit every day.
~5 servings of freggies
~5000 steps daily.

Reward: Finish Harry Potter 1 (again)

This weekend wasn't so great for fitness. I twisted my ankle on Friday night, so I didn't meet my steps on Friday or Saturday, trying to let it rest. I also had an asthma attack yesterday, so I didn't move so much then, either.

    Rebecca, I like these specific goals. Do you have them posted someplace you can see them every day? Maybe as a reminder on your phone ... to go off a couple times a day to keep you on track?
