New Job whoo hoo
I spend all day sitting down now boo hoo
I am going to do the things I know I need to do
Count my calories. limit them to 1300 a day
and get moving at least 3 days a week.
I know I can do it, I have done it before I can do it again.
Lose the weight and keep it off this time!
Time to take a deep breath and just do it
