BTS - Support

I definitely felt like my mindset was in a better place this past week. There were a couple of times that I struggled and I did not come get support. This week is about support and how I will get it. If I find myself struggling I will check in with my teams to find encouragement, support and to read about success from my teammates. I will also call on my local friends.

My most difficult time is when the kids come home from school. I need to make sure I have eaten enough food or have a snack at the same time as my kids in order to get and give support to my kids.

My affirmations:
I will take responsibility for my health and fitness choices.
I will post my NSV's in the team chat thread.
I make my health and fitness goals happen.
I will continue to save/try to earn money to help support my family.
I will control my emotions with my family, especially my kids.
