Not seeing results

Well I've been doing everything right so far as far as eating and exercising but not really seeing much results. I've gained but I'm assuming it's maybe muscle. I'm not sure. I've been working out 5 days/week and I'm loving meeting new ppl but I would like to see maybe a pound here or there lost. I'm not getting discouraged but I'm disappointed. I know it takes time and effort and Lord knows I have plenty of that left. I would just like to see the fast results like I had when I first started losing the weight. I don't want to lose 1 lb/week, I would like it to be at least 3-5 lbs/week like it was. I guess I've just sort of plateaued and don't know what to do to change. I know I sound whiny but does anyone have any suggestions out there?? Please let me know.

    It actually took me 2-3 weeks to see the pounds start coming down, depending on what kinds of foods you're eating and how slow they move through your body and if you're eating enough of certain foods to burn off, etc. Definitely keep at it and keep us updated! You're doing great! :)

    Unfortunately I don't have any advice but I know that if I was working as hard and you are and I was not seeing any results I would be pretty disappointed also! Keep up all your hard work and hopefully you will start seeing the results you deserve soon emoticon

    The thought that went through my mind when i read your blog that maybe you are not eating quite enough wiht all the exercise that you are doing.....
    Maybe increasing your fruit & Veg intaje may help to start nto move things....
    It is disalppointing when we do everything right and don't see the scales move....
    I go to Weight Watchers and the leader is always telling us we have to eat enough each day to mover the weight....
