Not seeing results

Well I've been doing everything right so far as far as eating and exercising but not really seeing much results. I've gained but I'm assuming it's maybe muscle. I'm not sure. I've been working out 5 days/week and I'm loving meeting new ppl but I would like to see maybe a pound here or there lost. I'm not getting discouraged but I'm disappointed. I know it takes time and effort and Lord knows I have plenty of that left. I would just like to see the fast results like I had when I first started losing the weight. I don't want to lose 1 lb/week, I would like it to be at least 3-5 lbs/week like it was. I guess I've just sort of plateaued and don't know what to do to change. I know I sound whiny but does anyone have any suggestions out there?? Please let me know.
