I took today as a rest day where I didn't do any exercise - the first in a long time. I had a rough night - I went to bed with a headache & stuffed ear, then my knees began to ache. I woke up the same. We were going to be leaving earlier for church because we were going to my daughter's church, so I decided I didn't want to get up real early and exercise.
My baby granddaughter was dedicated this morning. We went to my daughter's after church for lunch. We ended up staying until 8:00pm to watch all the grandkids while their parents went out on dates.
I had a great day with family, so I am not worried about meeting all my daily goals. Tomorrow is a new day and I am going to work hard this week to meet my January goal by Saturday.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
