lose weight, at least 1 pound per week for 12 weeks.
how? BY eating on a high protein, lower carb plan. Have put in to get the new Atkins plan book from the library. In the mean time, I have added one protein shake a day minimum to my eating and am cutting back on my carbs. I have a challenge with an sp BTS team mate starting tomorrow to track our carbs daily and work on lowering them weekly. We will share where we are, I will track on Sp tracker and we will share ideas on how to improve.

EXERCISE, I am taking a break from personal training starting 01/27- the first of March. I am planning on increasing my cardio by going to Planet Fitness three times a week. I will try the 30 minute cardio work out one day a week. I will sign up for group training 1 time a week and see if I like it.
Water: Drink, drink, drink, 10 8 oz glasses a day
research: I will read, share and educate myself on health concerns which will affect my journey.
