Part of this weekend's challenge for the BLC 24 is to think about our goals and post them in a way that we can be accountable for them. That way if I need to remind myself what my goals are, then I can come back here and re-read them.

S.M.A.R.T. Goal for BLC 24:

My Goal: To lose weight in pounds and lose inches off my body.

My SMart Goal: I want to lose 20lbs

My SMART Goal: I want to lose the pounds and inches in the 12 weeks I am participating in the BLC 24
