PAWSE and SMART goals

SMART: I will do ST 3 to 4 times a week to attain a more toned body. I will continue with my cardio and add in 2 days of running.
I will do this for the next 6 weeks & then evaluate my progress and make changes where necessary. I will take measurements.
As for nutrition I am already eating healthy with the occasional treat so as long as I continue with this then I am good.
PAWSE: The obstacle that I face is my kids' schedules especially on T & Th. I must plan something quick to cook or make a crockpot meal on those days.
Wed - Pork roast Thur - BBQ pork roast sandwiches Fri - Teriyaki chicken
Sat - wholesome joe's Sun - Tuna Mon - Lasagna Tues - leftovers
Exercise plan: Wed - Wog Thur - TT and walk Fri - walk
Sat - walk & ST Sun - Walk Mon - Walk, MM and ST Tues - walk and run
