Smart goals

I want to make my Smart goals simple, and thus easier to achieve:

1) To exercise 5 days a week for 20 minutes (minimum), which is our BLC 12 week streak. I want to do this. emoticon

2) Take my multi-vitamin each day. I need this due to my iron always being low. I feel better taking it. A simple fix but one I don't always do.

3) Drink my water! emoticon Something else so simple...

Yes, I want to lose weight and get into the 120's, but I need to feel better too.
