new fridge is motivation

So, I was doing pretty great with my nutrition goals, and then I lost steam. Actually I weighed myself too early and as usual it had a weird effect on me. Ugh! That's why I'm supposed to be avoiding the scale!

I've had several days now without entering anything, and although I haven't been TOO unhealthy during that time, I have made some doozy choices and I can't lose weight that way. So far I've only met my nutrition goals 10 days of January, and I would like to make it 20, so I'd better shape up!

The good news is we got a new fridge. Our last one broke the week we bought the house, so we've been waiting to be able to afford a new one for two months. We've been using a little dorm fridge with almost no freezer, and it's been very hard to plan for healthy meals. Today, I'll go to the store a fill it up with all healthy foods and lots of it. That should really motivate me to get back on track!
