I sincerely hate to cook. I loath being in the kitchen, my preference is to have someone prepare the meals in our household other than me. Therefore my one Goal which is multi faceted is to appreciate the gift of food via cooking and how it nourishes not only my body but my mind.
Appreciating the art of cooking enables me to enjoy even more deeply my love for gardening which is a treasured time for me to meditate
Appreciating the art of cooking enables me to stay focused on healthy organics which keeps the body free and clean from toxic chemicals & GMO which in the long run keeps me healthier
Recognizing the benefit of preparing meals for needed fuel which in turn allows me to stay strong and healthy
Recognizing the importance of "fail to plan plan to fail" which leads to grabbing nasty quick fixes when in a hurry and hungry
Planning aka batch cooking meals which allow me to continue my physical activities while fueling my body's muscles which in turn keep my battle against osteoporosis at bay
These mini goals within one main goal may seem overlapping but honestly they are all one long process of the importance of food and the reminder of how I must make myself appreciate cooking and perhaps if formatted in this style of thinking I won't be so resentful (yes I do resent cooking LOL)!
