Starting weight Jan 13 260.0
Weigh in today 252.6.

Started less than a week ago and I have gone gluten free,

I have not had one emotional binge,

I made a new friend in my city and went and had coffee with her,

I have not had any fast food, or any pop diet or otherwise

I woke up today feeling good and energetic and not ready to go back to bed like everytime I ate bread for breakfast!

I have made some goals in my personal life and feel like I have a path to take, something to look forward to

A reconnected with Spark and have accountability to someone else

I have bread in the house for my husband and I have not been tempted to consume it,

I cleaned out my cupboards and removed most gluten, I have gone grocery shopping a few times and once the cashier made a point to say that we eat healthy. Someone else noticed!

My house is chocolate free, candy free.

I have gotten up twice and put on make-up, put an effort into my appearance and went out

I have done some research on gluten, side effects and health issues

I have shovelled the driveway twice, and went for a walk

Maybe I did more, but thats my list as I can remember.
