Slim in 6 - Day 1

So today was my first day doing Slim in 6. When I started I was worried I wouldn't be able to get through the full 30 minutes but I managed. I found the crunches really difficult, but the other parts weren't too bad. But I am sure I will be sore tomorrow Lol! Maybe I'll be able to move up to the second cd by the end of the week?
I did it in the afternoon today, but I'm hoping to get my Slim in 6 work out done when I wake up every morning.

On a side note...Over the past year in grad school, I've really let my weight get out of control. I'm determined to do better this semester. I'm trying to plan my meals and eat healthier, as well as start exercising.

Also, I played Wii Just Dance at a friends house and was surprised by how much of a work out it was. I've ordered Just Dance 3 and can't wait to start with it. I think it will be a good fun stress buster for the evenings with the bonus of getting me to exercise.
