So I have finally achieved a loss for this week :) I'm down to 198.6 pounds and my stomach is feeling a lot better after last night. I took my fiber powder, stool softeners, and a large cup of black coffee and it definitely did the trick with helping my constipation.
We are in Chico now for the weekend! So far I'm off to a good start! We went to Subway for dinner and I got a 6" veggie delight on 9 grain wheat bread with red onions, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, black olives, spinach, bell peppers, and honey mustard with a 21oz unsweetened fuze green tea and a bag of Lay's Baked Sour Cream and Onion chips. I am hoping I can keep the momentum going and keep on track.
I found out my uncle bought a birthday cake for me which I was surprised he did. He got a white cake with white buttercream frosting which the thought means a lot but I absolutely hate white cake and frosting lol I'm a chocolate kinda woman but I'll still eat a slice :) I can't believe I'm a few days away from being 26... crazy how time flies by so fast.
