MISSION: S-l-o-w down speed eating.

TOOLS to accomplish mission:
Read my Bible

Smell the flowers

Zentangle daily on my calendar

Savor my meals

Once I slowed down, everything seemed to fall into place!
I began eating 3 meals a day

My water intake increased

Five servings of fruits and veggies became EASY

And my fitbit reached 10K everyday this week!

I feel good about Me, for the first time in a long time. Mission path set.

    Zentangle is doodling with purpose using the same pattern over and over. When you get into the rhythm, you enter a zen state of relaxation. It is super FUN!

    Cynthia, I ***L*O*V*E*** your blog!! It is sooo UP into our Phase 3 bonus, it's like prophecy!! You really have your visuals in place. You may want to print this out and 'magnet' it to your fridge, 'pin' it to your car visor, even cut a few of 'em out and use for book marks, or the back side for your grocery list. Did you *see* where I divided my schedule into 90 minute / 30 minute segments? Well, the 30 minute ones are my breaks and I slipped my h2o in there, giving me 8 breaks and 8 glasses of water!! I am VERY proud of that. LOL!! Excellent job on the bonus!! That's a 500 pt SNAG!! emoticon
