MISSION: S-l-o-w down speed eating.
TOOLS to accomplish mission:
Read my Bible
Smell the flowers
Zentangle daily on my calendar
Savor my meals
Once I slowed down, everything seemed to fall into place!
I began eating 3 meals a day
My water intake increased
Five servings of fruits and veggies became EASY
And my fitbit reached 10K everyday this week!
I feel good about Me, for the first time in a long time. Mission path set.
