SMART Goals for BLC

BLC 24 has begun and we were given the weekend challenge of making goals and a plan to accomplish them.
My Smart goals are:
1. Lose 10 lbs in 12 weeks. How? By tracking everything!!! By eating no more than 1600 calories a day.
2. Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water a day.
3. Stay focused on the weekend. How? By focusing on my goals and not on the short term
4. Eat a minimum of 3 servings of fruit and veggies a day. How? By being prepared and having them ready and available at all times.
5. Exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days a week. (This will help goal 1)
6. Add strength training to my routine
