HIIT 30 day challenge Day 2

Yesterday I was worried I would already be screwing my program up. I was invited out for happy hour drinks with some co-workers. It had been a long time since I'd hung out with them outside of work, and it was my non-daughter day, so I went! We had a fun time, I had a couple drinks and left.

After that I picked up my husband from work, went home, and did my workout!!! So I'm pretty proud of myself! Once again it was really hard and I couldn't do all the moves they did, but I did the best I could. My hamstrings are sore and my pecs a little sore too but not too bad. I'm ready for day 3 tonight!
