Keep it up!

Honestly, making it to the gym is just plain difficult. There's way too much going on all the time. Even though there is a gym in my apartment complex, the amount of effort required to get an hour to be in there is just astronomical. It's not cost effective. So, I've decided to focus less on getting in to the gym (although I will certainly not pass up an opportunity if I get one!), and start focusing way more on working more activity into my everyday routine.

For one thing, I've been playing with my daughter at least an hour every day. We dance, roll around on the floor, I lift her up and down on my lap, help her "walk" and more. She is keeping me very active! And I've added an on-campus class to my schedule, so I have a nice long walk to make at least twice a week.

Eating right is still going well. I'm still working on stepping up the amount of water that I drink every day.

Overall, I think things are going well. I lost two pounds in the last week, so kudos to me! :) Now to keep that progress going!!
