Double dang--actually.
#1 weight up .4 , and I was really expecting a drop--I've been so good on both food and exercise--but moving on, we'll see what happens next week on the scale.
#2 I forgot (because I know that I once knew it) that if I don't weigh in less than two pounds over goal at my WW meeting, I have to pay....I knew I wouldn't...could have waited til Feb, since I've already been there for Jan....but I forgot...thought since I already paid last week--I was good---not the case!
Dang...lesson learned.

    Some days are awesome. Some are challenging, but we can learn from all of them. Here's to many more days of learning. (and remembering)

    If you have been too "good" with eating, it only seems to take 3 days of skimpy eating to put your body in starvation mode. You may benefit from increasing your eating a little bit for a day. Weight might increase for the following day, but will likely decrease after that.

    I done that before! Last week I weighed in and I was under the weight watchers goal weight... And this week I went to a meeting and they wouldn't let me weigh-in because I was under goal!
    Dang... Lesson learned!
