Started Monday and its Friday

I hit 5 pounds lost as of yesterday, remained the same today and I can't say I am feeling better with headaches however I feel great about losing weight and making a change in my life that will bring me to be a healthier happy person.
I may not have celiac but I have a bit more energy and my tummy doesn't feel as big if thats possible like I was bloated or something.
I have been researching foods that I can eat and making sure to eliminate foods I cant eat.
I might miss my carmel flavored cream for my coffee, I may miss rye bread, or I might miss pasta salad but I know feeling better is WAY MORE IMPORTANT.
After I get some time behind me of living with-out it I may introduce some gluten free products but for now I am concentrating on a meal plan that contains,
and a little dairy.
