It is going really well so far. I have been making healthier choices and I'm proud of that. I am trying hard to make new habits. I used to get off work, come home, and sit on my butt reading or watching TV, until time to make dinner. Now, I've gotten the new WII Fit U. Now, let me add a disclaimer, it doesn't provide a high level workout, but I am really out of shape and I can feel the work I'm doing. I like it. So, I've been doing that when I get home instead. I cut out soda for my New Year's resolution. I haven't had any since the 1st. As a side note, I never even liked soda until last year. I got pneumonia and it was the only thing I wanted and I started liking it. Isn't that dumb? Anyway, and I'm not allowing myself any alcoholic beverages, so I'm drinking a lot of water and a minimal amount of coffee. (I do own a coffee shop)
I'm feeling better about my motivation, momentum is a good thing for me. I'm starting to feel like I may actually be able to do this. It is a really nice feeling!

Sounds like you are really making some great changes! I also quit soda, but a few months before you did. Isn't it curious how being ill and satisfying an urge can become a habit? Stay strong and carry on-I look forward to Sparkin' with ya!
