Think SP not FB

Yup, I spend way to much time on facebook...I realize that when I slow down coming here that I slow down the good progress I make. I need to be here...to see pple change, to be motivated, to be inspired. I need that spark in my life. I get so gunho and ready to do it then it fades away as my life gets busy...this year I had health scares and I know I need to be here for my kids, one choice I CAN do is what I eat and how I move...lol like my dr says all junk food is poison, and all natural food is vitamins...maybe that way of thinking will help. Who knows all I know is I have to keep plugging away.

    I now limit my time to facebook to 10 minutes a day. That gives me time to scan down through other's posts and then get off. I rarely post anything to anyones page and rarely post to mine now. I also now limit my time to the computer to 2 hours a day. I'm making myself do more outside and exercise inside and read and hand stitch more.
