Yes! I did it! I did the first day of the challenge yesterday. I sure took my time getting to it, though. I came home from work and I was hungry. I heated up some home-made black bean soup with maybe a little too much crusty bread and butter. I can't exercise right after I eat, so I made dinner for my daughter and proceeded to read the news on my Kindle and basically procrastinate until I knew my hubby would be getting home from work and so I better get the process started or I would get distracted and it wouldn't get done! Geez I have the slooooowest laptop on earth and it took forever to load the video, but I was really glad I watched it earlier so I knew what to do, basically. Now, knowing what to do in your head and actually putting it into practice are two different things! There was this crazy push-up, "spiderman kick" combo I simply could not get the hang of! And wow, I am super out of shape, I couldn't even do one true pushup! I just did the best I could, It was a very intense 12 minutes of all-out 100% effort, even the "breaks" of 10 seconds between sets were doing full plank and not really resting. It was tough but it also feels great to feel my muscles and I'm not too sore, so on to day two!!!
