P.A.W.S.E. Week 1

I am getting my PAWSE in a little late. Yesterday was my son's 7th Birthday!
Today I am headed to the grocery store with list in hand. I will be buying fruits/veggies and some lean meats. I looked up some new recipes yesterday to try on some of the veggies I don't really like.
This is the beginning of the challenge, but I can say I threw a lot of rules out for the holiday. I am back on track and their is no looking back. This challenge I am devoting to handling stress better. Finances being tight, the boys driving me crazy, work stress... I have to work through it all with out throwing away all my progress!
SET a goal, both non-scale and scale related, for the coming week!
My goal for this week is to lose 2 lbs and log every bite, lick, and taste. Finish week 2 of Body Revolution and start week 3. Participate 100% in all BLC challenges (daily challenges and weekend challenges)
