Day 4-30 Day Challenge

Wow! Today's workout was more intense than the other days. It was comprised of miles 3-5 on the Mega 5 Mile dvd. It incorporated a fast paced power boosted mile, then a fast paced mile with firming using a band and the final mile used moves to engage the core muscles. The whole routine took about 50 minutes and I really felt a burn when I was done. It was kinda nice getting to see what was part of the 5 mile workout, because coming up there is a day when I have to do all five miles.
Starting to get mentally prepared for the 5k. I would love to finish in under 40 minutes. At least it's something to strive for.
Tomorrow is the same routine as yesterday and I look forward to it.
