Had a good day. I did laundry. I finished correcting the 14 blocks I made yesterday and made 14 additional blocks the correct way emoticon .
I went to the gym and did a good 45 min on the arc trainer.

Daily Goals....
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day -- emoticon 120 min
2. Minimum of 5 freggies emoticon5
3. 8-10 glasses of water emoticon11
4. Lean protein for one snack -- emoticon
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day -- emoticon
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals. emoticon
