10 Days In

So far I am proud of myself, especially that I have not cheated by eatting a junky treat then making up an excuse to justify it. My husband has also decided now is the time to get back in shape. We both put on extra pounds from my last pregnancy and now my son is 5. My husband Chris has been more supportive of healtier eatting too. This really helps.

I have not had a sugary pop the last 10 days. I thought this would be tough. I did buy a case of bottled water so I would always have a drink handy to prevent any urge to buy a 20oz pepsi. I am not doing a low carb diet, but have asked myself if the bread product is worth the extra calories. I made fajitas and got corn tortillas. The family did nog like them so we found grilled chicken with peppers is just as tasty without the carb. Today I got a chunk of havarti with cocoa to try. I thought it would be a nice satisfier for chocolate craving. I has a little a.d it was yummy to where I wonder if its not good for me. Upside is that I could only eat a little bit on a couple of graham crackers because its so rich, I guess I couldn't over do it.

Working out to Beachbody T25 has been great. I wondered if 25 minutes would be enough but I am dripping with sweat after. The time flys and I feel awesome after. I am sleeping much better.

Well, everyone is home and time to think about dinner. Having baked chicken, veggie medley, and some kind of fruit.
