need more sleep

once again getting into bad sleep habits
Why is this the hardest right now?
Back to one step at a time
Food and exercise are becoming good habits - but last night stayed up until 1:30 then had an earthquake so stayed up a little longer - everyone else slept through it

    I have not slept well for several years now. I always feel real lucky if I happen to sleep for 7-8 hours but usually it's 5-6 hours. I just keep trying!
