Well today has gotten off to a bad start. My daughter kept waking me up last night saying she dreamed that spiders were after her. So she wanted to get in the bed with me, so I tuffened it up and told her no, there were no spiders coming after you. Then I kept on waking up with bad dreams myself, hated them. THen when the alarm went off I didn't want to get up, I just laid there, finally my dad called wanting to know if we were up yet since we had not gotten over to the house yet. My bananas that I just bought a few days ago already are soft and have spots all over them, I hate them when they are like that, so the only place to get food is Hardee's, I didn't get the really bad stuff, just a biscuit with gravy, yes I know it's still not healthy. SO far school hasn't had any issues, but I am just waiting, something is bound to happen at this point. Right now I feel like taking a nap, the teacher wont care as long as I am studying for the A+, which I am. I guess I just dont feel motivated today, ugh!!!!!

    Those bananas are perfect for moist banana muffins or banana bread!! Another great thing to do after they start spotting, peel them, put them in a zip top bag, and freeze them. They are awesome in smoothies and juice drinks in the blender. You can add the frozen banana instead of ice for a yummy, creamy consistency!! I pray tomorrow goes better for you! We all have those days every now and then... and I think several of us have had at least one of those this week.. :)

    Sometimes you just have to go with the flow and do the absolute best you can under those circumstances...you can't have a perfect day EVERY day. Sometimes, on days like today, you just have to log your food (even if out of range), try to get in some studying, and get a good night's sleep so that you can do better the next day and not let this "bad" day affect the rest of your week, month and year. That's the only way to get through all of this. Be kind to yourself, you're doing a great job!

    Hi I know how its feels, my son was down since Friday with ear infection and cold at the same time, was not sleeping well at all...so its includes me.. I was so bed these days, just wanted to eat sweets. That's how it goes no sleep more cravings, brain need sugar to stay awake. I would not eat bananas anyway its like eating bread
