I'm giving myself a pat on the back because Day 2 of my fresh start exercise goal is complete!!!!!!!!!!
I complete my second day in a row of exercising!
I walked four times yesterday for 8 minutes each time. It was very difficult and I was very tired last night, but I did it! I got all four 8 minute walks in. It was even raining for my second outdoor walk and I did it anyway. That's why I gave myself a sparkgoodie sunshine
as my reward - I need all the encouragement I can get and if it means daily rewards for the first few weeks I'll do it.
The scale has been going down nicely these past few days. I took off the 5 kilos I put on during the holidays and .2 kilos more.
I weigh myself daily, thinking it keeps me more accountable daily...but I find myself wishing the evening to pass quickly so I can go to bed, go to sleep, get up and weigh myself. It doesn't disturb me if the scale goes up or down (well not too much anyway) or by how much as long as I've done my best that day....it is more of a curiosity.
