Day 3-30 Day Challenge

So today's workout was off of the 4 mile Power walk dvd. It was a 2 mile walk that was mile 1 and mile 4. Pretty fast paced, with lots of arm movements. Looking ahead, I will be doing this routine again on Thursday. Tomorrow will be the big day with a 3 mile walk.
All of this should be good for preparing me for Saturday's 5k.

I really feel like I've got my exercise on track, but I'm still struggling a little with my food. The hardest part of my day is the evening. I find myself wanting to snack and that never used to be a problem. I'm not sure what has changed, but I really need to figure out how to combat this. I'm putting in so much effort in my workouts that it would be a real bummer if I undo all of that for my evening snacking.

Any suggestions/insight would be greatly appreciated.
