Oh look its me again

Tuesday, January 14, 2014

hoping to get off the weight loss rollercoaster.

I feel terrible and just want to feel better, alive, happy and working towards a goal, my goal.

I am the heaviest I have ever been 259.8 with a frame of 5.5 feet. My BMI is off the charts but despite the number on the scale creeping higher, I feel yucky.

Only time I feel good is when I am eating healthy food and exercising daily. I eat any junk and I feel like crap.

I eat bread and I want more or I want chocolate (sugar).

Starting over, I am not defeated.

I love myself and I owe it to me to be more healthy and more fit.

I just slowly started to explore gluten free with the help of a friend. It has helped me so far. Although, I can't say that I am finding some of the food very exciting. Like gluten free bread.
And I hear you about the chocolate. I love it! I use to put chocolate chips in with my Greek yogurt. I had to stop buying the chocolate chips because I found myself eating them almost all day long ;(
It's great you feel better after exercising! This winter seems to be so very cold and depressing this year. I'm not one of those fast pacing, electrifying , bendable athletic. But I have been very pleased with the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. Of course there is a lot out there. Some I have liked and others I have loved. My favorite is the old balls with water weights.

There are a lot of us that can relate. We are not going to give up either!

I love chocolate too! We must push ourselves away and choose wisely!

    You can do this!!

“Change takes time. It takes time for the seeds to begin growing within, time to understand the process, time for the growth to mature, and time for the old self to die and fall away.” -Bryant McGill
